Real Madrid will be more than willing to splash €115million on Chelsea attacker, Eden Hazard in the next summer transfer window, according to former chief Ramon Calderon.

The 26-year-old is believed to be a top target for Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, and will be ready to pay an astronomical fee to lure him to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Calderon in an interview with talkSPORT, revealed that Real are waiting on the Belgian attacker to push for a deal, but are more than ready to meet Chelsea’s valuation if they decide to sell.

“Chelsea knows quite well how much has been paid in the market over the last few years, with Ronaldo, Bale and Pogba – €115m is now the bar,

“That bar has been set by those transfers, so I think that’s how much a club like Chelsea would be asking for and the economy at Real Madrid is healthy – I don’t think that wouldn’t be a problem for them.

“But it’s all about the player. The player must say, ‘I want to leave and go to Real Madrid’. and that will be the moment they start negotiating.”

However, the Blues are desperate to be keep their star performer and will even offer him a new contract with a bumper pay rise so as to fend off strong interest from the Spanish capital.
