Inspired by Woltis post last wednesday I dug up this record which unfortunately I don’t have anymore. Released via Aggressive Rockproduktionen was this the first punk record from the DDR which came on a conspiratorial route from the GDR to West Berlin and is officially appeared only in the West. For years it was the only publication of its kind. The creation of DDR Von Unten occupied the Ministry of State Security for several years, the repression almost exclusively the band mucus germ concerned. Two unofficial employees (IM) were involved in the creation, including the much appreciated alternative writer Sascha Anderson. Zwitschermaschine were founded in Dresden and shine with experimental punk noises while Sau-Kerle from Erfurt play dirty fast Polit/Hardcore/Punk, the band is better known as Schleim-Keim (listen). Approx. 1500 – 4000 were made and more infos in the file.
