On Oxygene were this damn machine gun released and the only cut by this band from Paris. Recorded 1978 and the sound is wild, rough and kicks a lot, the dust on my table vibrate and the mosquitos leave quickly the room. La Came Aux Daméllas were Alain (vocals), Patrick (guitars), Alain F (bass) and Roland (drums) and more info isn’t available… regrettably. Maybe the band members joined other french bands, continued working as producers or all were heading for an economically healthy career. Howsoever, they left with their single an Explosion! of two ass-rockin’ lullabies, probably pressed in a small edition. Even as guests on numerous compilations, 125 Grammes De 33 1/3 Tours or Rare Punque Francais ’77-’83 (KBD #200), etc… puuhhh, I’m a bit tired. I think, I leave the stage and make a short nap.
